SHIPPING

 

Most pieces are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks before dispatch, If you need the item sooner please contact us via info@elinhjewellery.com to check if we have it in stock. If you let us know that you need the item urgently we always do our best to complete it  within the desired time.

 

For custom-made orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If for some reason your custom-made piece will not be ready within this time-period, you will be contacted by email and given an estimated delivery time.

 

International Customers

Allow 4 weeks for delivery from the payment confirmation date. A flat rate of $25.00 will be charged for all international orders.

Responsibility for any customs, duties, taxes or any other associated costs in relation to international orders will be met by the purchasing customer.

We do not take any responsibility and are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit overseas.
